4.2 Account Verification (KYC). JK888 is required to verify the identity of its players prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or at any time JK888 deems appropriate for fraud prevention or compliance purposes. Verification documents may include: a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Driver's Licence or Passport; a proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months); and/or a selfie photograph with the identity document. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in Account restrictions.
4.3 Account Accuracy. All information provided during registration and subsequently must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. You must promptly notify JK888 support if any of your registered details change.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, JK888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
5.1 Permitted Use. You may use the Platform to place bets on sports events (including football leagues such as the English Premier League and Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other covered sports), play casino games (including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, and crash games), and manage your Account and transactions.
5.2 Personal Use Only. All gaming activity on the Platform must be for your own personal entertainment. You may not use the Platform commercially, operate a betting syndicate, place bets on behalf of third parties, or use the Platform as a conduit for third-party transactions.
5.3 Technical Integrity. You may not use automated software, bots, scraping tools, artificial intelligence agents, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner. You may not attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's code or game engines for personal gain.
5.4 Void Results. In the event of a technical malfunction, systems error, or software fault that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or unintended payouts, JK888 reserves the right to declare affected bets or game rounds void and refund the applicable stakes to players' Accounts.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. JK888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following channels: DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating financial institutions), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and Tether/USDT). The full list of active payment methods is displayed at the point of deposit within your Account dashboard.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (Malaysian Ringgit thirty) per transaction, unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by JK888 within 15 minutes of submission under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is outstanding, where a withdrawal exceeds standard limits, or during scheduled maintenance windows.
6.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. JK888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. 6.5 Source of Funds. JK888 may, at its discretion, request evidence that deposited funds originate from a legitimate source. Players must be prepared to demonstrate the lawful origin of funds used for gaming activities. Deposits suspected to originate from criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
Note: Funds deposited via a specific payment channel (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet) may be required to be withdrawn via the same channel in accordance with payment processor requirements, unless an alternative arrangement is confirmed by JK888 support.
7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet credits, and referral bonuses, are subject to individual offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to eligible accounts that have completed registration and, where applicable, account verification.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires the player to wager the total bonus amount twenty times before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. 7.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated, promotions are limited to one per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through duplicate accounts or other means — will result in bonus forfeiture and may trigger account suspension.
7.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in each promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account balance without compensation.
7.5 Abuse Prevention. JK888 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where it has reason to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or collusive play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent.
7.6 Withdrawal Before Completion. If a withdrawal is requested while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding, JK888 may, at its discretion, deduct the remaining bonus balance and any winnings attributable to that bonus from the withdrawal amount before processing.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view and interact with the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the materials on the Platform without the prior written consent of JK888.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to JK888 regarding the Platform may be used by JK888 without obligation to compensate you and without restriction.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JK888 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.
10.3 Gambling Losses. JK888 shall not be liable for financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform. All gaming and betting decisions are made voluntarily by the player. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the entirety of funds deposited.
10.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may integrate with third-party payment processors, game providers, and data feeds. JK888 is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.

12.1 JK888's Right to Suspend or Terminate. JK888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where JK888 reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred; (c) KYC verification has not been completed within a required timeframe; (d) the Account is being used for money laundering or other financial crime; or (e) the Account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination or closure of an Account, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding bonus funds and any balance derived from prohibited conduct) will be processed for withdrawal to the Account holder's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
12.3 Voluntary Account Closure. Players may request permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting JK888 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded upon completion of identity verification.
This Agreement and all disputes, claims, or matters arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and JK888, you agree to first attempt resolution through JK888's customer support team before pursuing any other remedy.
Nothing in this clause shall limit JK888's right to seek urgent or interim relief from a court or other competent authority in any jurisdiction to protect its rights or prevent harm.
JK888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via: (a) a notice displayed on the Platform upon login; and/or (b) an email notification sent to the address registered on the Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
